In this context of increased remote working it can be a considerable shift for individuals. Where they were used to collaborate physically they now do so remotely, where they used to have a defined work space separate from their private life they now work often where they live, where they had regular physical activty they now spend more time sitting down...

RELAX

Prevent and relieve back pain and tension in the neck (the 26 poses to relax...from your chair!)

Duration: 1 hour

The 26 Poses to help prevent or even relieve back pain and neck strain from long periods of inactivity while sitting in your chair. These simple and gentle stretching techniques will help you relax and relieve tension between each call (or during 😉). A simple and fun module for everyone.

Improve your breathing, gain flexibility and strengthen your posture with (Stretching and Relaxation)

Location: Office or home office

Duration: 1 hour

Embark on a 3-month course (1h/week), from home or at the office, to rediscover the benefits of relaxation through stretching. Indeed we sit more than usual, so it is important to remobilize our system. Improve your breathing, gain flexibility and strengthen your posture through this regular program over several weeks.

Improve your posture, strengthen your back and abs (Pilates at home)

Location: Office or Home office

Duration 1 hour

The most complete form of gentle bodybuilding that allows you to work your deep muscles. Developed by Joseph Pilates, a boxer who knew how to mix the best of the world of sport, dance and yoga.

Pilates helps to relieve the side effects due to the decrease in physical activity in a telework context. It's soft but strong at the same time. Improve your posture, strengthen your core and back. Find your inner strength and calm to continue your working day or simply decompress right after...

ENERGIZE

Improve your concentration, accuracy and even creativity (TOT Task Oriented Training)

Location: Office or home office

Duration: 1 hour

This very recent and innovative method is widely used by sports professionals in the United States (Basketball/NBA, American Football/NFL, Baseball/MLB, etc.). Through simple but extremely precise exercises, the TOT will help you develop your focus, be more aware of your body but also increase your muscular strength and your balance (to try as a team too!!).

Strengthening muscles, improving cardio, breathing and endurance (HIIT High Intensity Interval Training)

Location: Home office

Duration 40 mins

For those looking for a little more intensive training, HIIT is for you. Designed over 40 minutes, it is a series of 5 exercises to be repeated in sequence which allows you to increase your power throughout the session. This is called “circuit training” and its objective is to work cardio, muscles and endurance over short periods.

Release your tensions, de-stress, stimulate your creativity (Creativity through movement)
