The era of "WHY" in which we have entered makes it increasingly necessary to give meaning to missions, leadership and our work in general. Indeed, now, as a manager, to motivate teams and make employees want to participate fully in company projects, it is no longer enough to give them a mission with instructions.
Simon Sinek discovered and modelized the concept of the WHY in 2009 and since then many companies have been trying to adopt it in order to create more commitment, motivation and autonomy within the organization.
However, beyond an inspiring TED talk, the WHY often remains difficult to materialize or understand for leaders and their teams. We all understand that finding this purpose and expressing it can be very beneficial, but we don't really know how to go about it.
We have therefore developed the "WHY generator".
It aims to enable individuals or groups to identify and clearly express this purpose through:
